Senior Financial Analyst NEEDED in Pleasant Prairie, WI

Our Client is seeking a Permanent Senior Financial Analyst for their corporate headquarters. This individual is needed to assist with the growing demands in their accounting department.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 5+ years stable Accounting and/or related department managing and analyzing financial databases

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)

· The ability to handle multiple priorities and a demonstrated teamwork attitude in a customer service environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access

· Well-organized and detail-oriented to handle in-depth, special projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Take part in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives and yearly budgeting / forecasting

· Provide analysis and opinion on company operation

· Assist with monthly and ad-hoc analysis in numerous functional areas including Finance, Sales, Operations, HR and IT

· Prepare monthly internal financial reporting package

· Maintain databases used in compiling the monthly reporting package
