work. As a Financial Analyst, you will provide insights and contribute to the financial

success and strategic planning of Horrocks.

Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:• Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making• Contribute to the annual budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to gather

relevant information• Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial targets are met on individual projects• Responsible for weekly cashflow forecast for the business.• Special projects, as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business from an accredited university• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning (Experience in the Civil Engineering

Industry, a plus)• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis• Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel• Experience with Deltek and PowerBI, a plus• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills• Self-Motivated• Ability to influence different internal/external customers
