PowerPay, a fast-growing financial technology company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist our growing team. Successful candidates will be a hard-working driven individual that will be able to assist the Fin Ops team. This position works out of our King of Prussia office and works a hybrid schedule (M/F work from home, T/W/Th work in the office).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Daily loan funding process leader, including preparing daily loan files, change orders, and all banking transactions.
• Daily cash accounts reconciliations.
• Create and maintain various financial reports daily, including income reports.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Monthly reconciliation and settlement with lending partners.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data, develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
• Assist with month end accounting close as necessary.
• Act as liaison with lending partners.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Outstanding reporting and communication skills
• Expert in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office applications
• Experience creating financial models within a corporate finance setting
• Able to navigate accounting systems, prior knowledge of QBO a plus
