Our proprietary device, the CEFALY DUAL, is an external Trigeminal Nerve Stimulator (eTNS) device, that works by sending tiny electrical impulses through a self-adhesive electrode placed on the forehead to stimulate the trigeminal nerve, reducing the frequency and intensity of migraine attacks.

In 2020, CEFALY DUAL became the first device of its kind available over-the-counter (OTC) in the United States. To date, CEFALY has treated over 2 billion migraines worldwide, and with OTC clearance, that number is poised for significant growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Key General Accounting point of contact with management and staff, delivering high levels of service, providing helpful and informative communications, being proactive in meeting needs and requirements, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve service delivery. 
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations and drive monthly close by creating journal entries, reconciliations, reports and ensuring all required inputs are in place
• Collaborate in preparing reporting and analysis for management and external stakeholders 
• Develop, prepare and discuss analyses of financial performance against strategic objectives 
• Develop and discuss financial plans and performance against strategic projects 
• Deep dive analytics and modeling of key financial components (e.g., revenue, cost of goods sold, SG&A expenses, Inventory) to inform/monitor critical business decisions 
• Monitoring and analyzing general ledger activity, accounts are reconciled, and items are accounted for on a timely basis. 
• Other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion

Education, Skills & Experience 

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance 
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in modeling, Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a DTC environment 
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills 
• Ability to interpret financial results, identify issues, and manage large volumes of data 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, and design complex models) 
• Knowledge/experience with industry leading business intelligence tools/applications, preferably Oracle NetSuite, Tableau and Ramp or Divvy
