We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a data analytics background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Revenue and Product financial planning and analysis activities, as well as developing and implementing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and have an understanding of financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process for subscription and transaction subsets, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on financial performance and business insights.
• Develop and implement analytics and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Manage a team of financial analysts, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
• Manage ad-hoc projects as required to support business needs.

We’d love to chat if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• SaaS or Payments experience preferred
• Financial planning and analysis strongly preferred 
• Experience with SQL and Tableau a plus
• Ability to interpret complex financial data
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
• Expert Excel skills and experience with financial planning and analysis software
