Basic Function:

The Financial Analyst will ensure the accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and distribution of the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and proper set up and administration of the financial reporting tools. This position will be a key partner to corporate accounting, company executives and all the various business unit controller groups.

Essential Duties:

  • Accurately and timely prepare the monthly financial reporting package.
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the OneStream software package.
  • Assist in training users of the OneStream software package.
  • Collaborate, communicate with, and support the corporate accounting and business unit controller groups to develop meaningful reports and repeatable processes.
  • Assist in designing and building reports in various reporting systems to meet user needs and maintain consistency.
  • Create ad-hoc reports as necessary to meet corporate and business unit needs.
  • Build and maintain structures and dimensions for reporting needs.
  • Provide support during external audits.
  • Assist in preparing external reports (e.g. 10-K, 10-Q, and monthly bank financials).
  • Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Support peers and management with internal and external projects.
  • Other duties as directed.

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Experience Required: 2+ years of progressive accounting experience. Financial systems experience a plus (IFS, OneStream, Excel add-ins, PowerPoint)
