Pay Range: $74,700.00 - $127,000.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA

Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Support GSS group FP&A responsibilities spanning $2B annual revenue across seven service regions plus Pro-Systems and Instruments Group

• Revenue and expense forecasting, scenario modeling, performance tracking, strategic planning, management reporting, and executive presentations.

• Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other teams including Regional Service Finance, Division Finance and Region Service Directors/Managers

• Track and provide forecasting and budgeting support for IT projects driven by Digital Transformation team

• Maintaining in-depth forecast models to track actuals and forecast future financial performance based on a variety of methodologies.• Partnering with the business team to manage annual operating budgets, track results, expenses, headcounts, and provide visibility to divisional and finance leadership.

• Analyzing monthly financial results, deriving key trends and insights, and drilling down to underlying performance drivers.

• Support Service Finance Digital Transformation initiatives around Service Analytics, Dashboarding, reporting automation and process improvements

• Distilling large amounts of data into actionable insights, leveraging financial and operational database systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of related experience.

• Demonstrated financial or analytical experience with strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis acumen.

• Experience with a wide variety of database tools and IT systems (such as TM1, SAP, Snowflake, HANA, etc) with the ability to extract meaningful conclusions from large quantities of data.

• Strong attention to detail, and sense of ownership over delivered results.• Acute written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to meet multiple competing and tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.

• Solid problem solving and root cause analysis abilities.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of Pivot Tables, advanced formulas. Macros/VBA programming ability desired but not required.
