Your Role and Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst role requires a highly analytical individual with proficiency in finance Python SQL programming database management and data science methodologies. You’ll focus on extracting data from ledgers developing and implementing analytics models performing data reconciliation and supporting FinOps modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleansing: ETL(Extract Transform and Load) data from diverse financial data source systems to ensure high-quality datasets for decision-making.
• Data Exploration and Visualization: Explore and visualize data using advanced techniques to uncover insights and trends.
• Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical and mathematical techniques to provide robust analytical foundations for predictive modeling.
• Version Control and Collaboration: Utilize version control systems like Git for maintaining codebase integrity and fostering collaboration.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in financial data analysis and reconciliation for a medium to large size IT enterprise with global footprint
• Demonstrated experience extracting financial data from multiple financial systems
• Being able to reconcile data across multiple financial systems is critical
• Experience in creating and managing financial data integrity
• Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including finance asset accounting business operations and IT operations.
• Experience analysing financial data and creating complex analytic dashboards
• Ability to perform financial data analysis
• Ability to identify and provide financial data insight
• Ability to thrive in a fast moving agile environment
• Attention to details
• Education background: Bachelor’s degree with experience in finance MBA preferred

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• FinOps: Demonstrate experience in FinOps practices to ensure efficient model creation deployment and management
• Cloud Computing Experience: Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/Google/IBM) for leveraging advanced cloud-based services.
• Experience using Apptio is highly desired
• Experience processing financial data is highly desired
