BRON Digital, has built a virtual production pipeline, with artists located across the globe, utilizing Epic Games 'Unreal Engine' technology, creating animated and interactive gaming content and immersive digital worlds.

The Goal Ahead

Reporting to Manager, Content Planning and Analysis, the Financial Analyst will have direct exposure to film/TV financing, receivables management, as well as film and TV ultimates management. The ideal candidate will be proactive and highly detail oriented.

Currently fully remote, candidates may be required in office in the future, must be based locally and able to legally work in the USA.

Salary range: USD $60,000 - $80,000

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the reporting for BRON's credit facilities, including monthly loan balances, borrowing base certificates, liquidity certificates, covenant tests, etc.
  • Maintain film/tv actuals and ultimates, tracking receipts and statements from studio and distributor partners
  • Create and maintain information databases for film and TV
  • Assist in creating business plans and greenlight analysis for film and TV projects
  • Analyze and update CAMA agreements
  • Download CAMA reports and update monthly revenue tracker
  • Update loan balances with advances/fees, repayments, interest expenses, etc.
  • Draft and update Borrowing Base Certificates
  • Communicate with the accounting team to coordinate invoicing and funding received for current projects
  • Support the Vice President with originating project workbooks which include finance plans, waterfall, cashflow, tax credit estimates, and budgets
  • Handle all inquiries with any of the shows including A/P, payroll, missing and lost documents, incorrectly paid fees, incomplete contracts, collecting outstanding deposits, and any/all other outstanding issues
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as may be requested in the future

What You'll Bring

  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • A "roll up the sleeves," action-oriented approach, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • A strong interest in film and TV and a desire for a long-term career within the media industry
  • Ultimates management or Production Finance experience preferred
  • Experience with entertainment banking and managing lines of credit preferred
