Financial Analyst

Primary Objective of Position:This will be a key role on the Corporate FP&A team that allows the individual to work across the enterprise and interact with senior leaders, both at corporate and in the business units. This position will work closely with business units and their FP&A teams to provide insightful analysis and business support on key projects and our annual budget and forecast cycles.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Assists in quarterly, annual, and long-range plan forecasting across the enterprise, identifying and driving synergies and improvements.
• Assist in forecast consolidation and allocation process.
• Prepare management ready materials for review.
• Assist in preparing Board of Directors level materials.
• Maintain data in Adaptive Insights (financial reporting tool).
• Monthly reporting on working capital.
• Partner with Corporate accounting as needed for reporting and accounting purposes.
• Collaborate with BUs on ad hoc data compilation and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned based on business need.

Critical Competencies

• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with interactive data visualization software.
• Experience with financial reporting systems.
• Financial analysis, forecasting and planning experience.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to seek out solutions.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage conflicting priorities.
• Strong communicator capable of working with all levels of the organization and across functions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related area of emphasis.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.
