Financial Analyst

Job Description Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be a part of the FP&A Team.  This role will be highly visible supporting the forecasting and consolidation of Revenue, interfacing directly with Sales & Global Operations to accurately project future revenue streams.  The candidate will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert on various Revenue metrics.  In addition, the role provides the opportunity to grow into financial ownership over Ensono’s consolidated portfolio of services, reading out revenue and internal metric drivers monthly to the CEO and CFO.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze revenue metrics to enhance understanding of drivers, and improve forecast accuracy by implementing new KPI’s
• Work with Sales Operations to establish and maintain proper governance within Salesforce for accurate reporting & forecasting.
• Prepare quarterly Forecast updates for the key Revenue metrics including Bookings, Installs, and Churn.
• Report monthly financials and analyze variance between Actuals vs Budget/Forecast
• Leverage Adaptive Insights to streamline various data quality checks for reporting and forecasting.
   

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

• 1-3 years of related experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to bridge Salesforce metrics to the revenue forecast and understand what influences revenue projections.
• Strong sense of Curiosity driving a Proactive approach in seeking out new opportunities for analysis and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and strong communication skills as this role requires partnering with business partners across the organization including Operations, Sales, Pricing, Accounting, and Treasury

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related Quantitative discipline
• Strong Accounting acumen to understand revenue recognition of contractual agreements for forecasting
