Responsibilities

• Prepares cash flow analysis, summary documentation and spreadsheets.
• Analyzes legal real estate documentation i.e. leases, property financial statements, tenant reimbursement reconciliation statements
• Under general supervision, provides financial analysis on real estate transactions.
• Prepare and conduct written and oral presentations for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Assist in the creation of an Offering Memorandum (OM) used to market a property for financing.
• Work with potential lenders to clearly explain underwritten details and calculations.
• Assist in the transfer of information between lender and borrower during due diligence.
• Maintain databases tracking various aspects of capital market deal flow.

Skills Required

• Highly proficient in working with numbers.
• Strong attention to detail leading to efficient error free analysis.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or Business.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Working knowledge of ARGUS Software and general understanding of real estate market fundamentals
• 1-4 years of commercial real estate experience is preferred.
