Job Summary

This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, maintaining and reporting on budget/ expense data and financial performance metrics. Utilizing computer assisted analytical and forecasting techniques. Preparing monthly presentations for financial reviews with business leaders. Updating financial models for both internal operations divisions relating to headcount growth and vendor financials. Analyzing monthly financials determining business drivers causing variances to budget and forecast. Assist in monthly forecast pertaining to headcount and vendor cost for multiple divisions.

1.Analyze and research variances to budget and forecast.

2.Prepare presentations for monthly financial reviews with business leaders

3.Update existing models and begin to create new models to include resource models

4.Produce and analyze financial reports, i.e. variance analysis, staffing analysis, corporate reporting of Budget/Actual, financial metric reporting.

5.Participate in the establishment and analysis of divisional line item budgets, assuring accuracy of input, balance and edit, and timely generation of related reports.

6. Assist in the measurement / tracking of ROI related to business cases/ projects

7. Manage vendor accruals and trend analysis

8. Develop vendor models in determining financial impacts related to membership growth

9.Collaborate with other team members to successfully complete assignments.

10.Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.

11.Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.

12.Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance and 3 years business experience in corporate financial reporting and budgeting or IT operational functions in IT Financials OR 6 business experience in corporate financial reporting and budgeting or IT operational functions in IT Financials.

*Knowledge of business/financial OR IT/financial models including cost-benefit models for business case development and forecasting.

*Customer service skills including managing customers' expectations and/or vendor relationships.

*Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

*Presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.

*Detail orientated.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

*Knowledge of HCSC support systems (i.e. Blue Chip, Dashboard, IRIS, Blue View, PeopleSoft, ITAM, ISAM, Clarity, eBudget).
