Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst is responsible for budgeting, reporting and business analysis for the Process and Flow Technologies business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the business during the annual planning process for the PFT business unit
• Oversee the monthly forecast process and related reporting
• Work with business leaders to review actual versus forecast performance
• Oversee monthly revenue / base margin month-to-date reporting
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package for management
• Assist in month-end close analysis
• Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for business unit and corporate
• Assist business unit leadership with strategic analysis to drive value creation
• Identify and implement process improvements for the planning and forecasting process
• Coordination and reporting of POC related deliverables
• All other duties as assigned

• Department: Accounting and Finance
• Reports to: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
• Position may or may not require travel
• Adheres to all HSE requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting / Finance preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years finance experience or equivalent

Technical Competencies:

• Strong Excel Skills
• Alteryx, SQL, Power BI experience is a plus
• Experience with Hyperion & SmartView is beneficial
• Oracle E-Business Suite and JD Edwards ERP experience is helpful
