About the position

We’re seeking a Financial Analyst who will partner with the global G&A organization to develop and track annual budgets, contribute to quarterly board reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision making. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will be a critical business partner to G&A leadership, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to impact strategic decision making in a hyper-growth environment at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the G&A organization
  • Support strategic decision-making through analysis, with a focus on financial planning and business partnering to distill key financial metrics into actionable insights cross-functionally
  • Responsible for creating the annual budgets and quarterly expense forecasts for the global G&A organization
  • Work collaboratively with budget owners to understand investment strategies
  • Analyze monthly expense results and concisely communicate insights to G&A leadership and Corporate FP&A
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting team to provide support during month-end close cycles to ensure alignment of analytics and reporting against budget and forecast scenarios
  • Develop sustainable and rigorous processes for ongoing financial reporting and review

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • BA/BS in Finance or related field required
  • Expert Excel skills; experience building financial models and analyzing large data sets
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
  • Effective project and process management skills; highly organized, independent, and self-motivated
  • SaaS industry experience is advantageous
  • Prior experience with Planful or other EPM tool is a plus
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced, high demand, results oriented environment
