We have an entrepreneurial spirit that's brought us a lot of success and we're looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team in our corporate offices in Alpharetta. Thisprovides support to the company's financial planning and analysis processes including: create, maintain, and update financial models supporting forecasting and budgeting processes for all cross-functional lines of business; coordinating and maintaining consolidated company and line of business standard reporting along with validation and reconciliation of the underlying financial reporting data and operational systems; and special projects support.

At HoneyBaked, we have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home!

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Provide support for analytical activities related to all Lines of Business: Retail, E-Comm and Overhead focused in revenues, margins, SGA, and cash flows
• Provide support and document for cost-benefit and financial analyses,
• Assist in planning, implementation of budgets and forecasts for all components of the budget process
• Assist in consolidated financials and pro formas (I/S, B/S, and CF statements)
• Assist in M A models / forecasts and pro formas
• Partner with Lines of business and functional area to improve operating results and cash flow
• Compares actual costs to estimates/budgets/forecasts, analyzes variances and reports on variances, causes, and mix analysis
• Various special projects

YOUR TRACK RECORD

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA a plus.3 + years related Financial Analysis experience. Retail, hospitality or restaurant industry experience a plus. Knowledge of D365 financials and IBM Planning Analytics reporting tools. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and appropriate application. Experience with M A's and pro formas.

Experience with evaluating and improving accounting processes, information systems, financial controls, and cash flow improvements. Detailed knowledge of relational database concepts and client/server technology.Proficient in Excel based charts/graphs. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail oriented, self-motivated, and highly analytical. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
