Financial Analyst

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial health of our organization by providing insightful analysis and support in various financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecast reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and quarterly reports.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support the budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
• Prepare reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Participate in audit preparations and ensure compliance with internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not mandatory.
