The Mastodon Design division of CACI International located in Rochester, NY is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team. The Financial Analyst will have a substantial role in Annual Operating Plan, Multi-year Planning, Month and Quarter end close, and partner with operations and business partners to support strategic initiatives and decision making.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Analyses of business and financial data.
• Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making.
• Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
• Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
• Analyzes inventory levels and makes recommendations to management based on demand and operating plan.
• Manage the physical inventory count process
• Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business (Finance/Accounting) or Economics with 3+ years of related experience
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational ability
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize projects, meet tight deadlines, and manage time effectively
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
• Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
• Thorough understanding of project management.
