Financial Analyst

We're hiring a Financial Analyst in our MN office.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Financial Analyst, you will be:

• Providing support to Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes.
• Inputting of budget, capital plan, and forecast data into respective system(s).
• Gathering and evaluating relevant financial, operating, contractual data, and working capital implications of proposed business transactions.
• Fulfilling various ad hoc reporting requirements.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Financial Analyst if your background includes:

• Are achieving a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics (Graduation date December 2023 to May 2024)
• Encompass strong business and financial acumen, data analysis, and analytical skills
• Demonstrate leadership and effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Work comfortably in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures
• Can be an agile learner, demonstrate strong decision-making skills, and act with integrity
