Financial Analyst

Qualifications:

• BA Information Technology/Finance
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating macros
• Detail Oriented with strong technical expertise and analytical skills
• Strong organizational process improvement skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hours required
• High initiative and energy level
• Ability to self-manage multiple tasks
• Ambitious to learn and grow by absorbing knowledge
• Ability to manage up
• 2+ years’ of experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Manage vendor set-ups and process certain vendor invoices
• Oversee the timesheet completion and allocation process
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions 
• Perform monthly reconciliations and expense analyses
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly closing reports
• Analyze and review budgets and expenditure trends
• Assistance with ad hoc financial analyses

The annual salary range for this role is $50,000-$70,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
