Financial Analyst

Join our team as aFinancial Analyst in Monroe, OH. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.

What You'll Do:• Conduct financial analysis by reviewing and interpreting CSafe financial statements and key financial trends• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis highlighting key drivers and recommendations to improve financial performance• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track performance and provide insight to key stakeholders• Prepare and distribute financial reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and areas of interest• Assist in development of annual budgets and financial forecasts• Support the Senior Finance Manager in various special financial projects and initiatives

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 0-2 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Accounting experience, manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and growing company
• Knowledge of financial software and tools (ERP Systems, Power BI) is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Excellent analytical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude towards work and demonstrated belief in continuous improvement
