Financial Analyst

Description

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Junior Financial Analyst to support a prime contract in the DC area. The Financial Analyst develops, implements, and/or maintains one or a combination of financial systems. They will also use accounting and financial procedures in resolving problems and preparing recommendations for management based on the financial results of programs. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing current and past budgets, preparing and justifying budget requests, and allocating funds according to spending priorities.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI & Poly prior to starting
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (academic or professional)
• Ability to learn customer databases, tools, and financial analysis methods
