What you will do

Under supervision of the Finance Director, this strategic finance position delivers monthly KPI reporting and analyzes key financial trend developments. Works to ensure monthly reports are accurate and enables cross functional consistency in reporting. Integral part of the month end reporting process, operational reviews, and KPI development.

How you will do it

• Support the HVAC functional team on month end KPI reporting and development of new KPI's as required
• Work across the organization to source accurate data for KPI reporting
• Drive cross functional reporting standardization between field, functions, and product strategy team
• Support the HVAC team on business case development for initiatives in the rapid closed loop process (RCLP)
• Tracking and reporting initiative impact to BSNA P&L
• Support HVAC team on development of 3-5 year long range plan (LRP)
• M&A financial support
• Continually work to improve the reporting packages
• Lead other AdHoc studies/projects as needed

What we look for

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to think both analytically and conceptually
• Computer skills including Hyperion (Preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint
