About the role....
We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our growing team at Inari. In this impactful role, you will be a key finance business partner with our leaders and stakeholders by providing financial analysis and insights across our business. As part of this role, you will monitor financial and business performance while providing analysis and reporting to support business decisions. In addition, you will work with our business insights tools to build and maintain new processes to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting. This is a key position in the company’s FP&A team.
As a Financial Analyst, you will…
- Support senior leadership across product and operations teams to provide analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support that enables decision making
- Develop and run monthly and quarterly reports against prior year(s) actual results, budgets, forecasts and KPIs to identify key trends and identify areas to improve forecast accuracy
- Support the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain our financial reporting system and provide input to and/or support financial systems design and development efforts
- Work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial support
- Build and maintain new processes to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting
 You Bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or AccountingÂ
- 3+ years of work experience in corporate finance or related field
- Understanding of accounting and finance, including working understanding of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow preparation, and GAAP accounting concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint) as well as financial reporting systems (Adaptive, Netsuite)
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills. Presents information and ideas to individuals or groups in a clear, organized, and articulate manner
- Builds relationships and demonstrates genuine interest, sensitivity, respect, and understanding towards others. Listens and considers the ideas and suggestions of others
- Knowledgeable about business trends, practices, and policies that affect and impact the business and industry
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to work within deadlines
