Why We’re Hiring:

NTWRK seeks a Financial Analyst to support the financial planning and corporate activities of the company. This position requires strong hands-on experience, particularly with forecasting and business analysis. The ideal candidate must have a passion for the evolving entertainment and e-commerce landscape and the ability to function independently, in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage monthly reporting package and financial statements – including thorough analysis of organization wide performance metrics
• Manage and improve long-term financial model integrating recent data and new initiatives
• Provide persistent and ad hoc analytical support for key business decisions or initiatives across multiple departments to drive informed decision-making 
• Collaborate with department leads to prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans
• Research market trends and competitive organizations to inform company strategy and financial forecasts
• Assist in preparation of internal, external, and investor presentations 
• Operate with impeccable integrity as a trusted advisor to the CFO and CEO

Who You Are

• BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2-4+ years previous work experience in fast paced, deadline driven financial planning and analysis environment.
• Ability to conduct analysis of financial projections and impact of financing, transaction and operational variables through preparation of three-statement models.
• Must possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and a willingness to look beyond surface requirements. 
• Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to understand written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons at all levels.
• Must be willing to collaborate with management and peers to advance team and company goals.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, entertainment or consumer products preferred
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment
