Financial Analyst

Under the general direction of the Director of Financial Operations - Corporate, and working closely with the Lead Financial Analysts and Finance Business Partners, our Financial Analyst is responsible for analysis, financial planning, and customer service job duties related to the Corporate Finance activities.

Must be able to effectively and professionally work with stakeholders at all levels of organization. The principle duties of this role will be to support the financial and analytical processes for Corporate departments at Johnson Controls.

This is a hybrid role that will work 3 days/week in the Glendale, WI office.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of the annual operating budgets and capital budgets for Corporate departments
• Assist with the monthly outlook process for Corporate departments
• Analysis of monthly financial results to determine trends
• Partner with cost center owners to ensure adherence to plan/forecast
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for management staff
• Assist in the creation of new processes and improvements as required in constantly changing environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a large multi-national company
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills required
• SAP and OneStream experience is a plus
• Highly motivated individual, with ability to adapt to changing environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills required
• Commitment to excellent customer service
