This position will focus on providing consultation, date services, data analysis, and data support to the Advisory Services team and its clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for client engagements including:
  • Research and collect data both on- and off-campus.
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling of student housing initiatives.
  • Analyze data and suggest recommendations based on key findings.
  • Compose and edit documents and other written deliverables
• Collaborate with project executives and project directors to develop strategies and recommendations for clients and deliverables.
• Contributes to innovation of data and analytical services (including client specific models and web-based tools) for Advisory Services and Advisory Services clients.
• Assist with presentation of deliverables and determinations.

Qualifications

• College graduate and 1 year of prior experience in higher education and professional services or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis in Excel in a real estate or construction setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; attentive to detail.
• Inherently self-motivated and resourceful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce is strongly preferred.
• Willing and able to travel about 30%, paid by the company.
• Outstanding comprehensive writing and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a flexible attitude.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with quickly re-prioritizing.
• Works well independently and as a member of various teams.
• Handles multiple, complex projects, with minimal guidance, prioritizes effectively, and meets deadlines.
