KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct cost/benefit analysis and/or break-even analysis for various assignments by the Business Team Manager or President, to identify improvement opportunities
• Building new/improving existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses
• Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts
• Providing analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives
• Create financial and cost models from scratch to complete sound recommendations
• Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analysis
• Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives
• Developing monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting
• Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends
• Educating, communicating, and partnering with site leadership
• Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field
• Preferred 3 years minimum of work experience in data analytics / data management position utilizing an ERP system
• Minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of pivots, VLOOKUP, tables, charts, trend analysis etc
• Must be bilingual (Korean and English speaking)
