Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will perform moderately complex financial analysis, present recommendations to management, and identify and investigate issues related to assigned projects. You will be a strong cross functional partner. Responsibilities include managing innovation product financials, quarterly forecasting, period close, annual operation plan (AOP), and metrics/scorecarding. 1-3 years related experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and models for requests related to product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
- Lead development of P&Ls for new product launches working cross functionally to gather inputs, vet assumptions, and provide recommendations on projects.
- Partner with cross functional teams to assess business needs as well as resolve risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Update the quarterly forecast based on business changes. Communicate changes to business partners by providing specific, actionable and forward-looking commentary on the changes and guidance on potential risk.
- Participate in month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including identification and resolution of unusual items and issues.

Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1-3 years of professional general business and financial experience
- Experience in P&L management, along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and manage those relationships.
- Experience working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including leveraging analytics, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful strategies and solutions.
- Experience with SAP or other software tools preferred.
