 Job Description: 

This is a temporary contract role, 40 hrs/week, not to exceed 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with completing the Annual Budgeting process and preparing financial reports and analysis for the next fiscal year
• Preparing budget comparison to prior year and to forecast
• Tracking Capital Investment costs, drafting reports and loading actuals into Adaptive Planning System for Variance comparison to Budget and Forecast
• Maintaining, rolling over to next reporting period and drafting various Month end and Quarter end Reporting decks i.e. i.e. Quarterly Business Review
• Preparing Month end close calendar and checklist
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and journal entries
• Account reconciliations
• Automating/cleaning up current files on as needed basis
