The opportunity

We are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience (DX) Finance team as we continue to propel the business growth through Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) and provide influential insights! You will own consolidation efforts for Go to Market (GTM) expenses & headcount globally for DX Business unit (>$2.5B annualized expenses, >7K HC). In this role you will have the ability to influence management decisions, lead change & standardized methodologies, and challenge status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth

What you'll do

  • Partner closely with Americas and International GTM team to understand the business situations & consolidate rolling planning
  • Present financial summary and business insights to senior management, highlighting key opportunities and areas of concern.
  • Strategic Business partner support to Partners and Sales Ops organization
  • Support Hierarchy for overall GTM org and engage with Finance systems DDOM

What you need to succeed

The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Consistent track record of strategic business partnership
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in working in large data sets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
  • PowerBI, Tableau, Anaplan, SAP, experience would be a plus
  • Experience with SAAS companies a plus.
  • MBA is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $72,400 -- $150,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
