Financial Analyst, FP&A

The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our global FP&A team. This role will report to the FP&A Manager, GTM and will partner with the go to market & product functions globally. You'll play an integral role building revenue and demand plans, analyzing new business opportunities, and evolving weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Location: Pacific time zone preferred, but open to candidates across the US.

Requirements

• Build and maintain forecasting models to support revenue and demand planning processes.
• Work across operations FP&A and supply planning to manage revenue opportunities while maintaining target inventory levels.
• Prepare presentations and key reporting (key metrics for the executive team, monthly business reviews, Quarterly Business Review documents) and other insights partnering with the FP&A and broader GTM teams.
• Develop business cases to support new product launches and software feature creation.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards reporting on sales and progress versus forecast.
• Maintain and evolve budget vs. actuals reporting for business partners.
• Create analytics on ad hoc basis

We would love to have You on our team, if You have:

• 2+ years of relevant finance experience, FP&A experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience working with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools
• Ability to identify and frame problems logically, clearly and apply reasoning to break problems down and identify a solution or path forward.
• Ability to work cross functionally and experience communicating with or presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy.
• High integrity, intellectual curiosity, self awareness, and a self starter attitude.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

• Region 2: $101,745 - $111,150
• Region 3: $96,390 - $105,300
• Region 4: $91,035 - $99,450
