Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst FP A to join our team! The Financial Analyst - FP A position will be responsible for Reporting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operating data for Corp FP A function. Such reporting, analysis, and interpretation may include forecasting, expense analysis, capital analysis, and ad-hoc analysis. Comprehensive and accurate financial analysis and reporting that enhances management's decision making and effectiveness in achievement of the company's financial and business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.

• Support Corp FP A activities in monthly reporting to our parent company
• Analyze and review the financial statements and provide insights of any variances.
• Interact with managers of various departments to understand business activities in order to develop accurate and timely forecasts.
• Create standard tools and methods for collecting and disseminating key financial data.
• Construct detailed financial models to support decision making process.
• Actively involved in preparation of executive level presentations
• Prepare standard reports and dashboards for actuals / forecast cycles.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees within the organization.
• Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers of other departments.
• Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
• 3+ years of wide-ranging financial planning and analysis (FP A) experience including accounting, forecasting/planning, and variance analysis for a large corporation.
• Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting professional concepts and requirements
• Strong Analytical skills with knowledge of MS Excel Financial modeling techniques
• Detail-oriented, team player, proactive work ethics in fast paced environment

Education/Experience:

Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.

• Education to include a BS/BA Degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Preferred MBA (finance)
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience a plus, but not required.

Pay Range:

• The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $140,000. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical anddrug screen.
