Financial Analyst, FP&A, North America

Based in New York-Hybrid Work Structure

The Role

As a FP&A Analyst you will be an integral member of the BCW NA finance team, reporting to the NA Regional Finance Director. You will be responsible for providing critical analysis and insights to help drive business decisions. You are responsible for building, maintaining, updating, and modifying financial models that serve as the tools for management to make strategic decisions. In addition, you will be working and communicating with local finance teams across the U.S. as well as senior NA leadership. The Team

The regional finance team at BCW NA is the backbone of our success which allows the leadership team to make informed decisions and our client service teams to deliver award winning work for clients. We are an extremely collaborative group and expect everyone to be a team player and be able to multi-task. Responsibilities

  • Support the review and analysis of the annual market and regional budgets and quarterly forecast processes.
  • Create analysis and presentations for executive management.
  • Review monthly and quarterly reporting and explain key impacts in verbal and written communication.
  • Develop insightful, actionable, and accurate financial analysis to key business owners.
  • Maintain and improve detailed financial models.
  • Ensure processes and reviews allow for accurate and thorough reporting.
  • Collaborate with other members of the BCW NA finance team, including local finance teams across the U.S.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting to drive financial results and/or based on immediate need.
  • Assist with Net Working Capital reporting pre-close for each market.
  • Process improvement with billability reporting for senior management.

Qualifications That Contribute to Your Success

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance and or FP&A.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including excel and VBA/macros.
  • Experience in Visualization deployments (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Experience in predictive analytics a plus.
  • Experience in financial reporting systems (SAP BFC, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills with a flexible interpersonal style to clearly present ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Dissatisfaction with status quo; always looking for a better way to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to work independently and/or part of a team to complete multiple projects on time.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $105,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
