Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

As a Financial Analyst you will support Stryker Neurovascular's global marketing and sales consolidation process.

What you will do:

• Has responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating operations finance decision support services.
• Acts as key business partner for plant and corporate teams.
• Gathers financial data and presents financial analysis and reporting as necessary (monthly and quarterly) to support global marketing and G&A functions.
• Assists functional team in creating the annual budget and long term plan.
• Assists in creating forecast and profitability reviews as necessary.
• Assist in the development of new financial systems which assist the division in controlling its expenses.
• Consolidate WW sales for actual reporting, track new product sales, support the forecasting and budgeting process.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in MS Excel & Power BI (preferred)
• Ability to be a strong business-partner in a matrixed environment

$57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
