Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

This Financial Analyst will provide budgeting/forecasting, reporting and analytical support for the Retirement Services business. The primary responsibilities of this role will include data gathering and analysis, monthly management reporting, benchmarking, and business case development for strategic initiatives within the Retirement Services business. Effectively executing these responsibilities will assist leadership in making well informed decisions and ultimately strengthen business performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Data Gathering & Analysis (50%) - This role will be focused on data gathering and analysis necessary to (1) support business case development for initiatives within the Retirement Services business, (2) effectively explain business performance, (3) highlight industry trends and Retirement Services' relative performance, (4) inform forward looking planning projections, and (5) all other ad-hoc needs.

2. Reporting (25%) - This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining management reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.

3. Corporate Requests / Special Projects (25%) - This role will assist in fielding and answering corporate requests as well as play an important role in special projects within the RS finance team geared towards maturing the function and building out new capabilities.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related business field
• 2-5 years of Finance/Accounting experience
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 05B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
