Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

ICF seeks a Financial Analyst for a business portfolio (Division) with approximately $160M of annual revenues from a diverse set of clients including Federal, State and Local, and Commercial. You will be responsible for assisting on all aspects of the Division's financial planning and analysis, project forecasting, financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of an overall Group Finance function, whose operating group revenues approximates $760m.

This is a hybrid position, working from our corporate headquarters, Reston, VA, two days per week, reporting to the Division Business Manager.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities include, business performance, financial planning and analysis, and finance management.

• Assist the Division Business Manager with financial strategy, financial planning and forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts with analysis that will be used by the Division SVP, as well as Finance and Group Management. The forecast will be conveyed during monthly executive financial briefings, and it will include variance analysis as well as risk/opportunity assessments.
• Assist in reviewing division level financial statements, monthly results, forecasts, and budgets to assess financial condition of the division in an effort to drive improved profitability and business performance.
• Own and serve with the Division Business Manager as the primary contact for divisional leadership on project and divisional finance related issues.
• Interact with Contracts, Pricing, Accounting, and Project Managers to solve divisional financial issues.
• Provide divisional business development metrics by tracking bookings, contract backlog and pipeline volume and health.
• Assist in providing financial review and strategic guidance in major bid and proposal efforts.
• Review project revenue and work closely with project finance controllers and the project managers to ensure monthly close is accurate and timely.
• Partner and coordinate with the Corporate Accounting & Compliance teams to ensure the division has sound internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures that are aligned with corporate policies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of corporate business systems, policies, and programs.

What You Will Bring With You:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with MS 365, specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What We'd Like You to Bring With You:

• MBA, CMA, or CPA.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with a forecasting and planning tool, e.g., One Stream, TM1.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$65,820.00 - $111,894.00
