Financial Analyst (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, we expect you to be responsible for the delivery of financial mentorship as an individual contributor within the FP&A team. You will provide insight on key business drivers or operational variables during the analysis process. You will validate/disseminate key assumptions, model outcomes, conclusions, risks, opportunities and recommendations.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions.
• Build internal management reports for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results and prepare commentaries for senior management.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial and operational performance with limited direction including but not limited to revenue, expenses, margins, sales, and variance / trend analysis.
• Advise department leadership on expense management through identifying key cost drivers, problem areas, and providing financial support / measurement of key initiatives.
• Actively identify and drive improvement opportunities for Finance organization and works closely with internal team and external clients to ensure improvement opportunities are implemented effectively and timely.
• You will be accountable for timely and accurate development and maintenance of operating budgets/forecasts which requires identifying and collecting relevant information from multiple organizations including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.
• Develop and build strong partnerships with key points of contact in external organizations.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Business Partners/Leads to review financial performance and help drive future results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, related field or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years financial analysis experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and concisely, demonstrate high level of personal accountability.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. #LI-PS1

Salary range $51,000.00- $76,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units
