Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management. They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions.

The position will support business decision-making with timely and impactful financial data and analysis. You will work directly with leaders at our plant, vertical and segment level.

Essential Functions:• Assist and preparation of daily score card• Labor hours worked and efficiency to standard• Bulk materials spending and purchase price variance• Assist site controller on intercompany transfer price variance • Drive actions and influence team members to take appropriate steps resulting from analysis conclusions• Be a go-to resource for ad-hoc analyses and insights• Collaborate and align with our plant accounting team

What your background should look like:

REQUIRED PRIOR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required, including significant accounting coursework (cost accounting courses strongly preferred)
• Basic knowledge of GAAP
• Microsoft Office Proficiency & ERP -SAP preferred.
• Interest on obtaining CMA/MBA preferred

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $54.4 - $78.6k annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
