Business Unit Finance
The Financial Analyst I assists with work that focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. Under close supervision, this job supports the analysis of internal financial information, economic conditions, and financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports the analyses and forecasts of financial, economic, and other data that provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
- Compiles financial data for quantitative analyses that support sound and defensible recommendations.
- Conducts simple analysis of basic financial planning information and reports to make recommendations to management.
- Assists in the development of financial plans by identifying financial outcomes and potential returns.
- Assists in the preparation of financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs, and econometric models.
- Supports the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts for the use of informing financial planning decisions.

Base Pay Range: $23.14/hr. - $38.56/hr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
