Who you are:

As a Financial Analyst I with Frost, you are our data master, analyzing data throughout the organization to understand the performance of each unique area. These insights will help you understand opportunities for potential development and ensure that our financial goals are being maintained. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations to upper management. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you'll do:

• Research and analyze financial data to understand the performance of organizational lines of business
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and to ensure Frost business objectives are consistently achieved
• Create reporting and analysis tools to improve and automate the financial data collection process
• Perform budget analysis throughout statewide lines of business to ensure that forecasted financial goals are being upheld at Frost
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
