Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for timely and accurate budgeting, financial reporting, and overall analysis of the financial operations for the Physician & Leadership Solutions reporting segment and specifically the Locum Tenens business unit. This position prepares and or/reviews specified monthly account reconciliations and financial accounting close support. The Financial Analyst is responsible for reporting, special projects, research and general support of the business unit.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists with analysis of internal financial documents and performs analysis of projected and actual results.
- Performs reconciliation of internal accounts. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
- Assists with annual and quarterly budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintains and assists in the development of the annual operating plan and periodic forecasting.
- Facilitates the audit process by preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation to support externally reported financial.
- Builds and maintain financial reporting tools.
- Supports the business in making financial decisions and building ROI models.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree | Finance, Accounting or other related degree | Mandatory
- In progress towards earning a Master's Degree or MBA | Preferred
Certifications
- In progress towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Management Association, Certified Financial Planner or other | Preferred

- 2+ years of experience with FP&A.

Pay Rate
$56,500 - $67,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
