As a Financial Analyst I, you will prepare, analyze and report key financial and revenue cycle management (RCM) information as well as develop standard/ad hoc reports to support the needs of the enterprise.

Job Details
**Please be advised, this position will work in a remote or hybrid model and will require residence in Ohio area to be considered. **
Responsibilities:
- Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
- Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
- Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Completes special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
Work Experience:
- One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred.
- Offset: High School diploma/GED and four years of experience.
- Offset: Associate's degree and two years of experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC.
- Normal or corrected vision.
- Extensive sitting and frequent walking.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
