How you'll add value:
- Assist in month-end close process and reporting of bookings, churn, financials, and variance analysisÂ
- Utilize Salesforce, Domo, and Adaptive Planning for departmental-level reporting and analysisÂ
- Navigate financial statements and understand key SaaS metrics to develop reports and dashboardsÂ
- Understand and expound on financial results, and be able to articulate the performance behind the numbersÂ
- Support workforce planning and reconciliation efforts to drive key hiring decisions across the businessÂ
- Manage the budget and forecast for department/s and propose strategic spend recommendations Â
- Be an authoritative resource on operational KPIs and performance metrics of the companyÂ
- Identify anomalies, trends, or deviations in the company’s finances and introduce strategies for improvementÂ
- Develop efficiencies and process improvements within the team’s workflows and processesÂ
- Successfully manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Perform ad hoc analyses to quickly solve time sensitive business cases and operational challenges Â
- Provide analytical and decision-making support for key company initiativesÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
- Some travel may be required
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 1-3 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis or related experienceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience Â
- Adaptive Planning Software, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce experience recommended but not requiredÂ
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements, general ledger, and chart of accountsÂ
- Attention to detail and capable of self-review and providing polished deliverablesÂ
- Experience developing models for annual planning, budgeting, and forecastingÂ
- Knowledge and experience in the SaaS / Software industry preferred, but not requiredÂ
- Ability to solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business Â
- Exemplary analytical problem-solving skills, and knowledge of business analytics tools.Â
- Ability to work with company executives to understand the company’s business needs and strategyÂ
- Excellent written/verbal communication skillsÂ

- This position has a salary range of $66,560-$81,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
