Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is looking for a Financial Analyst I to join our dynamic Program Finance Team. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn program finance fundamentals and enhance finance-related skills. The candidate will be responsible for the financial management of multiple programs and partnering with various program managers and other cross functional teams to ensure successful program execution.

In this role, the candidate will participate in a wide variety of challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment ranging from the support of multi-million dollar programs, to wider responsibilities within the Business Area, including monthly financial analysis and management reporting and briefings. The candidate will be working in a strong team-based environment, providing financial support to programs and tasks involved with Raytheon Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) processing, bookings and sales forecasting, monitoring of management metrics, monthly and weekly reporting, and cost control and analysis.

Key responsibilities for the qualified candidate include:

• Process and manage Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) documents
• Respond to customer and employee requests in a timely manner
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
• Manage bookings, sales and earnings forecast
• Support Monthly Program Management Reviews
• Produce Quarterly EACs

Required Skills:

• 0-2+ years of experience
• Strong working experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in financial analysis or related finance field
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Work under general direction and participate in determining objectives of assignment
• Show initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
• Solid financial and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Collaboration skills
• Strong desire to learn and contribute in a team-based environment
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Requirements:

• Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with and working knowledge of SAP/APEX/PRISM

Education:

Typically requires BS/BA with a major in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Math, or other related field.

Although this role is remote, the candidate will be expected to attend a few on-site meetings throughout the year. Therefore, candidates located in McKinney/Dallas Texas are preferred.

The salary range for this role is $49,000.00 to $93,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
