The Financial Analyst position requires strong reporting, modeling, analytical, and communication skills to provide enthusiastic and timely support for strategic and financial initiatives and intuitive, accurate, and informative deliverables across the ResMed SaaS business.

Let's talk about Responsibilities

  • Utilize source systems, compile data and metrics, and develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other analytical reporting
  • Support the financial processes of the corporate finance team with a particular focus on data analysis & reporting
  • Streamline existing dashboards, financial models, and reporting processes and tools
  • Identify financial data discrepancies and research causes
  • Potentially assist in developing forecasts and budgets and compiling reporting decks for executive and business unit review meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal team members and external customers

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Analytics
  • 2-5 years of relevant financial or analytical experience
  • Ability to strike a balance shifting between multiple tasks quickly, conflicting priorities, varying workloads, and environmental ambiguity and decisiveness appropriately, typically under tight deadlines and pressures
  • Self-directed and proactive with a results-driven mentality
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly an ability to synthesize information, summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills and an ability to tailor communication to multiple levels of the organization
  • Desire to develop and maintain strong/positive working relationships with internal customers
  • Advanced Power BI skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred:

  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Senior leadership team-level communication experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Anaplan
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

60,000.00 - 75,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
