The Financial Analyst role will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support for management decision making, including the preparation of financial analyses used to assess operating performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support and partner with various functional areas to create insights and drive profitability improvements. Prepare and maintain financial reports and models to assist with the ongoing forecast and annual budgeting process.
Essential Tasks- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Perform flux analysis comparing actuals to both budget and prior year periods
- Assist with creating, calculating, and analyzing variable pay agreements
- Conduct detailed expense analysis using data warehouse tool
- Deliver OKR (Objectives and Key Results) reports
- Assist with the development of the annual budget and maintenance of ongoing company forecast
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed, within the finance department and across the Company
- Maintain headcount reporting
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (proficient with pivot tables & vlookups)
- Experience with Netsuite & Salesforce preferred
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
The pay range for this position is $50,000-$82,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
