About the Role

You will be responsible for recurring and ad hoc executive-level financial forecasting, management reporting, and analytics. This individual must possess critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess an attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own personnel cost forecasting and cost model maintenance/improvements
• Oversee other vendor and COGS forecasting
• Own cost reporting including oversight of department people budgets and comparing budgeted versus actual spend 
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reporting templates for use in board meetings, CEO and other executive stakeholder meetings
• Develop and incorporate new analytic capabilities into reports 
• Partner with finance, accounting, people ops, data engineering and business intelligence teams to create and continuously enhance key reports
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ambitious outlook and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities a must
• Degree in finance, economics, math or quantitative scientific field
• Strong knowledge of Excel 
• Works at a fast pace
• High-energy, positive attitude
