Financial Analyst II
The FP&A Financial Analyst II prepares documentation and reports focused on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. Under moderate supervision, this job prepares the analysis of internal financial information, economic conditions, and financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data that provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
- Prepares quantitative analyses of financial data in order to provide sound and defensible recommendations.
- Reviews analysis of basic financial planning information and reports recommendations to management.
- Participates in the development of financial plans by identifying financial outcomes and potential returns.
- Drafts financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs, and econometric models.
- Prepares budgets and quarterly forecasts for the use of informing financial planning decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous finance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of previous finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information
Base Pay Range: $25.25/hr. - $42.08/hr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
