Pay: $70,000 - $80,000/YR based on experience

Position Description:

The ideal candidate for this position has strong analytical skills, is detail oriented, and is able to work well in teams in a fast-paced environment. This includes producing accurate, timely reporting and variance analysis, the ability to improve and automate processes, and strong data gathering and presentation skills. This position will support a finance manager or a senior member of the finance team.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and support across a variety of areas potentially including, but not limited to, P&L forecasting and analysis, consolidation and presentation of financial results, foreign currency analysis, cash flow forecasting and analysis, investor relations support and other ad hoc analysis projects
• Develop and maintain complex Excel models, while consistently finding ways to innovate and reduce time to complete key tasks
• Produce frequent financial and key performance indicator reports including variance analysis and trending reports
• Support the month-end financial close process by analyzing data and identifying errors and inconsistencies
• Recommend process improvements to help drive efficiencies for the finance team, including automating current processes
• Create and maintain Hyperion financial reports
• Support the finance team with other duties and special projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in a finance or accounting function
• Analytical, accurate, detail oriented, and a self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Data mining skills are essential. Able to quickly convert large amounts of data into useable format to support financial decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to work with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning and Essbase a plus
• BS/BA degree in business or related field is required
